GIFTD is a fast-growing platform helping brands run influencer gifting campaigns at scale. The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to support and grow our brand partners. This is a part-time role (15–25 hours/week) with the potential to become full-time as the company grows.

The role is ideal for master’s students in marketing, communications, business, or similar fields who are passionate about influencer marketing and startups, and want real responsibility from day one.

You’ll work closely with the founders and help build the customer success function from the ground up, while also leading and coordinating our influencer sourcing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support brands running influencer gifting campaigns through our platform
  • Onboard and guide new customers to ensure successful campaigns
  • Solve customer challenges and ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Lead and coordinate the influencer sourcing team, ensuring the right creators are identified for campaigns
  • Help build processes for influencer sourcing and campaign management
  • Collect feedback and help improve our product and processes
  • Work closely with the founding team on growth and customer experience
  • Contribute to building the customer success department long-term

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field
  • Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and startups
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable solving problems independently
  • Excited to take ownership early and manage responsibilities including team coordination
  • Interested in building a long-term career in marketing, partnerships, or customer success
